Privacy Policy
The game “Acılı mı Abi?” (Android, iPhone and iPad, PC) and the website sniffzzgames.com
Effective date: 2 November 2026 · Last updated: 6 November 2026
In short
- The game has no accounts, no login and no servers. Your progress is saved only on your own device.
- On mobile, ads are shown through Unity LevelPlay (the first test versions have no ads yet). Ad networks may collect your advertising ID, IP address and device information.
- Personalised ads are shown only if you agree. You can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings > Ads.
- Payments are handled by Google Play and Apple; your card details never reach the game or us.
- The Unity engine the game is built with may collect anonymous device hardware information (such as device model and operating system).
- The PC (Steam) version has no ads and no analytics. This website uses no cookies and no tracking.
1. Data controller
The data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) is:
Ceyhun Kenan Hayırlıoğlu (Sniffzz Games)
Email: sniffzzgames@gmail.com
This policy provides the information required by Article 13 GDPR and Article 10 KVKK.
2. What this policy covers
It covers the Android (Google Play), iPhone and iPad (App Store) and PC (Steam) versions of the game “Acılı mı Abi?” and the website sniffzzgames.com. The services of Google Play, the App Store and Steam themselves are governed by those companies’ own privacy policies.
3. What the game itself stores
- The game has no servers, user accounts, login screen or database of its own. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number or location.
- Your progress (in-game days, money, unlocked content, settings and your ad consent choice) is stored only on your device and is never sent to us. Deleting the game deletes this data.
- Unity’s analytics and crash reporting services are turned off. The game does not send us usage statistics or crash reports.
- The Unity engine the game is built with may send anonymous device hardware information (for example device model, operating system, processor, graphics card, memory and screen resolution) to Unity Technologies. Unity processes this information under its own privacy policy; we do not see it (see section 8).
4. In-app purchases (Android, iPhone and iPad)
The “Night Neon” decor pack and the “No Ads” pack are one-time purchases; there are no subscriptions. Payments are processed by Google Play on Android and by the Apple App Store on iPhone and iPad. Your card and payment details never reach the game or us.
To unlock what you bought, the game uses the purchase confirmation sent by the store on your device (Unity IAP). The “Restore purchases” button asks the store for your purchases again.
5. Advertising (Android, iPhone and iPad only)
In the free mobile versions, ads are served by the Unity LevelPlay mediation platform (Unity Technologies / ironSource) and the ad networks it mediates: an optional rewarded ad at the end of the day and, occasionally, an interstitial ad.
The first test versions have no ads yet; versions without ads do not perform the data collection described in this section.
To show ads, these services may collect the following data directly from your device:
- Advertising ID: the Google advertising ID on Android; the IDFA on iPhone and iPad (only if you allow tracking).
- IP address and the approximate location derived from it (e.g. country, city).
- Device information such as device model, operating system and version, language, screen size and connection type.
- Ad interactions: which ad was shown, whether it was watched and whether it was clicked.
This data is collected and processed by the advertising providers; we do not see or store it.
Purposes: showing ads, limiting how often the same ad appears, measuring and reporting ad views, preventing fraud and abuse; and, if you agree, showing ads personalised to your interests.
Personalised ads and your consent
- A separate consent card in the game asks whether you agree to personalised ads. If you say no, the game works exactly the same and ads are shown without personalisation. Even for non-personalised ads, ad networks may process data such as your IP address and device information to deliver ads, cap frequency and prevent fraud.
- For players in the EU, a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP) is used.
- On iPhone and iPad, the advertising ID (IDFA) is used only if you tap “Allow” on Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.
6. Website and email
- This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking code and has no forms.
- The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical logs such as IP address, browser information and the requested page. If it detects suspicious traffic, it may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
- If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply and resolve your request. Our emails are kept at Google’s email service (Gmail).
7. Purposes and legal bases
Personal data is collected automatically through the advertising software (SDKs) built into the game, and by you when you email us.

8. Who receives data
Personal data is collected by, or shared with, only the following parties, for the purposes above. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Google (Google Play, certified consent management platform, Gmail): Google Privacy Policy
- Apple (App Store): Apple Privacy Policy
- Unity Technologies (game engine; Unity LevelPlay ad mediation, ironSource): Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy
- Ad networks mediated by LevelPlay:
- Unity Ads (Unity Technologies):Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy
- Cloudflare (website hosting): Cloudflare Privacy Policy
- Valve (Steam; purchases and accounts for the PC version only): Steam Privacy Policy
Data may also be disclosed to competent public authorities where required by law.
9. International transfers
The service providers above may have servers outside your country (for example in the USA and EU countries), so your data may be transferred abroad. For transfers outside the European Economic Area, the providers use safeguards under Article 46 GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
For players in Turkey, transfers abroad are made under Article 9 KVKK: on the basis of an adequacy decision where one exists, otherwise appropriate safeguards offered by the providers (such as standard contracts), or your explicit consent for occasional transfers.
10. Retention
- Progress and ad consent choice: on your device, until you delete the game (or change your consent choice).
- Data collected by ad networks: for the period stated in each company’s privacy policy. We do not store this data.
- Emails: up to 1 year after your request has been resolved, then deleted.
- Website technical logs: for the short period stated in Cloudflare’s policy.
- Purchase records: according to Google’s, Apple’s or Valve’s own policies.
11. Your rights
Under the GDPR (if you are in the EU/EEA)
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Under KVKK Article 11 (if you are in Turkey)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom data is transferred; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request erasure or destruction under Article 7 KVKK; to request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to those third parties; to object to an outcome against you resulting solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
How to make a request
Send your request to sniffzzgames@gmail.com. We will respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
Because the game has no accounts, we hold no data that lets us identify you. You can also send requests about data collected by ad networks directly to the company concerned. Resetting or deleting your device’s advertising ID also breaks the link between that data and you.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country if you are in the EU/EEA, or with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (Article 14 KVKK) if you are in Turkey.
12. Changing your choice and deleting data
- In the game: turn personalised ads on or off under Settings > Ads. The change applies to future ads.
- On iPhone and iPad: turn off tracking for “Acılı mı Abi?” under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- On Android: reset or delete your advertising ID under Settings > Privacy > Ads (on some phones Settings > Google > Ads).
- Deleting your data: your progress is stored only on your device, so deleting the game is enough.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
13. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users below this age; the game itself does not collect personal data. If you believe your child is playing and has agreed to personalised ads, you can turn this off under Settings > Ads or contact us.
14. PC (Steam) version
The PC version has no ads and no analytics, and the game sends us no data (the Unity hardware information in section 3 also applies to this version). Your progress is stored on your computer. Your Steam account, purchases and Steam’s services are governed by Valve’s privacy policy.
15. Changes
We may update this policy when we add new features or services to the game or when the law changes. The current version is always published at this address, and the date at the top is updated.
The Turkish and English versions of this policy are authoritative; the German, Spanish, Japanese and Chinese versions are translations.
